In the event of severe weather preventing our hike from going ahead you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to take the hike on another day.

If the hike is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions your money will be fully refunded or you can book another hike, your choice.

You can cancel your own hike and get a full refund up to 7 days in advance.

Please be on time for your hike, otherwise you are delaying others on the hike or risk missing out entirely.

Please advise us of any medical conditions you may have in advance.

Due to health & safety, it is imperative that you follow the instruction of your guide onsite, any infringements causing danger to yourself
or others will result in you being asked to leave the hike.
Please do advise us in advance of your hike of any medical issues you may have, including acrophobia.

A reasonable level of fitness is required to complete this hike. Private hikes can be tailored to your needs specifically.
